Financial Obligations

CMH has expenses of a continuing nature. So that our programs and services can be provided over the entire year, it is essential that annual income from tuition be assured. Accordingly, an enrolled family’s obligation to pay Children’s Meeting House the full amount of the tuition contract becomes binding on the date when the Director of CMH signs the tuition contract. This obligation is not affected by the family’s withdrawal of any student from CMH for the coming school year at any point after this date. In rare cases, exceptions to this policy may be made on an individual basis upon evaluation of individual petitions made in writing to the Board of Trustees.
