At Children’s Meeting House Montessori School, our Board of Trustees plays an important role in supporting the school’s mission and ensure a strong, sustainable future for our community. As stewards of CMH, our trustees provide leadership and oversight, guide long-term strategic planning, ensure responsible financial management, support the Head of School, and oversee policies that promote the school’s continued growth and stability. Through their time, expertise, and dedication, our trustees help preserve the Montessori tradition and nurture a vibrant school community where children can learn, grow and flourish for generations to come

To foster the development of the whole child by implementing the philosophy, practices and curriculum of Dr. Maria Montessori. To nurture each child’s lifelong love of learning and honor the diversity of individuals. To instill self-confidence, independence, self-discipline, respect, and personal and social responsibility. To create partnerships with families for the benefit of each child, and cultivate a genuine sense of community.
