Financial Assistance

We want your child at CMH – let us help make that a reality.

CMH does offer a financial assistance option per family on a yearly basis. Families seeking assistance must file an application through the Independent School Management Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) Program. Our financial assistance process is explained below.

We have chosen to use the FAST program because it is designed to be very responsive to our families. It is more flexible in terms of the information it will accommodate, thus allowing families to represent their own particular circumstances more accurately. To ease the online application process, FAST provides 24/7 help desk support. For CMH, FAST provides a needs-based financial assistance analysis service that ensures our process for establishing financial need adheres to nationally established standards of best practice. All information provided through FAST will be kept confidential, as will all other information pertaining to a family’s financial assistance request.

Financial assistance grants are made for one year only. Families seeking assistance over a longer period must reapply each year. Applications are due by the end of February for consideration in the following school year.

Application Process
The online application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program, allowing you to partially complete an application and go back to it at another time. Online email assistance and a 24/7 helpline are provided. The charge for the application is $43.00, to be paid by credit card at the end of the session.

FAST has prepared a Parent User Guide (the PUG is also downloadable directly from the FAST application site, along with an application worksheet). After completing the online application, you will be required to mail your previous year’s state and federal tax returns (when available) with all schedules and W-2s to: FAST Processing, ISM, 1316 North Union Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19806-2594.
