Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and compassionate Montessori Head of School to lead our community. The Head of School is responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, including educational leadership, faculty development, admissions, parent relations and strategic planning.
The Head of School will uphold the school’s Montessori philosophy and mission, fostering a nurturing and inclusive culture for students, staff and families. The Head of School will ensure program excellence and curriculum integrity across all classrooms in alignment with Montessori principles and child development best practices.
This is a unique opportunity for a strong leader passionate about Montessori education to make a lasting impact on students, educators and families in a thriving school community. Candidate must have strong leadership skills, ability to provide constructive feedback, and the excellent communication skills.
